Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for payments made on tinyHR via our payment gateway partner (currently PayU Payments Pvt Ltd).
1. Free trial
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial — no card required, no charge taken. You can stop using it at any time during the trial with nothing to cancel.
2. Annual charge
Continuing past the trial is a one-time charge of ₹2,999 (plus applicable taxes) per owner account, taken at the time you complete checkout. It is not a recurring auto-debit — see our Terms and Conditions for how renewal works.
3. Cancellation
Because the charge is a single yearly payment rather than a recurring subscription, there is no future charge to cancel. You may simply stop paying at renewal; once the paid period (or the trial) ends without payment, the workspace moves to read-only rather than being deleted — see our Terms and Conditions.
4. Refunds
The annual charge grants immediate access for a full year, so payments are generally non-refundable once successfully processed. We may consider a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical error; or
- the Service being materially unavailable to you, through no fault of your own, for an extended period following payment.
To request a refund, email accounts [a] tinycode.in within 7 days of the charge with your registered email address and the order or transaction ID. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment gateway and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card network's own processing times, which are outside our control.
6. Failed or incomplete payments
If an amount was debited from your account but your plan does not show as upgraded, contact accounts [a] tinycode.in with your payment reference. Genuinely failed transactions are typically auto-reversed by our payment gateway per its own timelines, and no separate refund request is needed for those.
