Terms and Conditions

Effective 24 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of tinyHR ("TinyHR", "the Service"), operated by TinyCode Technologies Pvt Ltd ("TinyCode", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using TinyHR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register, and the information you provide during sign-up must be accurate. Each workspace in TinyHR represents one legal entity (e.g. a Private Limited company, LLP, or proprietorship), and its owner is responsible for all activity under that workspace, including who is invited and what data is entered.

2. Description of the Service

TinyHR is a cloud-based HR and payroll management tool for small and medium Indian businesses, covering employee records, attendance and leave, payroll processing, payslip generation, and related statutory settings.

3. Plan and pricing

TinyHR is one plan, billed to the account of the owner who signs up:

Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at the time of payment is the price you are charged for that transaction.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway — currently PayU Payments Pvt Ltd, and previously or in future Cashfree Payments (India) Pvt Ltd. TinyHR does not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by whichever gateway processes your payment. By paying, you authorise the one-time annual charge shown at checkout.

5. Renewal and trial expiry

The annual charge is a one-time yearly payment, not an automatically recurring subscription — no further amount is auto-debited. To keep the Service beyond the paid year, you make a fresh payment before or after the current period ends.

If the 30-day trial ends, or a paid period ends, without payment, your workspace moves to read-only: you and your team can still view all existing data (employee records, payroll history, payslips), but cannot create, edit, delete, or approve anything, including running payroll, until payment is made. No data is deleted for non-payment.

6. Your data

As the owner of a workspace, you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data entered into it, including employee personal and financial information such as PAN and bank account details. See our Privacy Policy for how we process this data on your behalf.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual property

The TinyHR name, logo, and software are the property of TinyCode Technologies Pvt Ltd. Data you enter into your workspace remains your property.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime unless separately agreed in writing. For support, contact accounts [a] tinycode.in.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the Service at any time. On termination, access to the workspace ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period beforehand.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
